The existence of water in the hydraulic lubrication system will cause oil oxidation, make the oil deteriorate, reduce the thickness of the oil film, reduce the lubricity, cause the oil denaturation and polymerization to form macromolecules, change the oil viscosity, form organic acids, and then corrode the metal surface, reduce or lose the dielectric strength of the oil. For the traditional filtration and separation equipment, it is particularly difficult to separate one liquid from another. The coalescence separation oil filter developed by Xinxiang Rixin company integrates precision filtration and efficient dehydration, which can effectively remove the particulate impurities, emulsified water and free water in the oil without damaging the quality of the original product. 1. The application of coalescence dehydration oil filter includes:
(1) Purification of turbine oil and transformer oil;
(2) Water removal and impurity removal filtration of oil in hydraulic lubrication system;
(3) Connect the hydraulic lubrication system to improve the cleanliness of the system.
The technical principle of coalescence dehydration oil filter is: different liquids have different surface tension, and when the liquid flows through the small hole, the smaller the surface tension, the faster the passing speed. When the mixed liquid of different phases flows into the separator, it first enters the coalescence filter element. The coalescence filter element has multi-layer filtering medium, and its pore diameter increases layer by layer. Due to the difference in surface tension, the oil passes through the filter quickly, while the water is much slower. Moreover, due to the hydrophilic material of coalescence filter element, the tiny water drops are adsorbed on the surface of the filter layer, resulting in the coalescence of water drops. Under the action of kinetic energy, small droplets race through the opening and gradually form large droplets, and then settle under the action of gravity and separate from the oil. After coalescing the oil after the filter element, there are still small water droplets which move forward to the separation filter element under the action of inertia. The separator element is made of special hydrophobic material. When the oil passes through the separator element, the water drops are blocked outside the filter element, while the oil passes through the separator element and is discharged from the outlet.

2. The characteristics of coalescence dehydration oil filter system are as follows:
It integrates two functions of precision filtration and high efficiency dehydration, and applies advanced “coalescence separation” technology for dehydration, which has high dehydration efficiency and strong ability. Especially for the separation of a large amount of water in oil, it has the incomparable advantages of vacuum method and centrifugal method, which can break all the oil-water emulsion structure in the medium; Through the filtration of the particle filtration system, the cleanliness of the medium can be stably controlled in the required state of the system, so as to ensure the cleanliness of the oil: the physical and chemical properties of the oil are not changed, and the service life of the oil is prolonged; the energy consumption is small and the operation cost is low; the system configuration is excellent and the continuous working performance is strong, which is suitable for online operation.
Particle filtration system: the filter media is made of * * filter material, and the design of large filtration area can effectively filter out the extremely fine particles impurities and make the oil products reach a very high cleanliness.
Coalescence system: the coalescence system is composed of a group of coalescence filter elements, so the coalescence filter core adopts a unique polar molecular structure. The free water and emulsified water in the oil are gathered into large water drops after passing through the filter element, and then settle into the water storage tank under the action of gravity.
Separation system: the separation filter element of the separation system is made of special hydrophobic material. When the oil passes through the filter element, the water droplets are blocked on the outer surface of the filter element and coalesce with each other until they settle into the water storage tank due to gravity.
Drainage system: the separated water is stored in the water storage tank. When the interface height reaches the set value, open the valve to drain the water until it drops to the lower liquid level. Close the valve and stop the drainage.

3. This machine has five levels of filtration system
(1) Class * * suction filtration is set at the oil suction port. The coarse filter protects the oil pump and extends the service life of the main filter.
(2) The second stage pre filter is set upstream of coalescer. It can not only prolong the life of coalescer, but also reduce the content of particles in the filtered liquid.
(3) The third coalescence filter makes the water in the oil condense and sink.
(4) The fourth stage separation filter further blocks the tiny water droplets in the oil to achieve the separation effect.
(5) High efficiency and high-efficiency filter media, can be used to clean oil.
